What we process
The work e-mail, company website and, if you give it, the name you type in the form; when you sent it and the page language; to prevent abuse, a one-way digest of your IP address (the raw address is not stored) and a short name of your browser. The server's access and error logs keep no IP address and no browser details.
Why
To e-mail you when AgentsMet opens and your company's invitation is ready, to see requests from the same company together, and to block fake or automated sign-ups. We do not use your data for newsletters, advertising or profiling, and we sell it to no one.
Legal basis
Your consent, given with the box in the form, for the launch and invitation e-mail (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); KVKK art. 5/1); our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (GDPR art. 6(1)(f); KVKK art. 5/2-f). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who receives it
The records are kept on our server in Germany (Frankfurt, EU), provided by Akamai (Linode). Cloudflare (USA), which brings you this page, can technically access the data while passing your request on. We share it with no one else. Transfer abroad: As these providers' servers are abroad, your data is transferred abroad; the transfer is necessary to provide the service. To learn the basis of the transfer and its safeguards, write to the address below.
How long we keep it
At most 24 months from sign-up; once your invitation is sent, at most 12 months after it (whichever comes first). If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, we delete your record at once.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Under KVKK art. 11 you may also learn whether and why your data is processed, to whom it was transferred, ask that corrections and deletions be passed on to them, object to a result reached solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. You may complain to the data protection supervisory authority of your EU country or to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Board. Write to the address below.
